Antique Cranberry Glass Vase. A pretty example of Victorian / Edwardian Ruby Cranberry Glass. The body of the vase is cranberry glass and the base and decorative side panels in flint glass. Both the base and sides are decorated with moulded flower patterns, with the cranberry formed with slights swirls and ribbed effect. Cranberry Glass was very popular in the Victorian and Edwardian times and highly collectable today. This nice example stands approx 13cm tall and is offered in excellent condition with no chips or cracks etc. The size of the vase means it is ideal for displaying single flower specimens or small posies, but looks just as good on its own on the mantle, sideboard or in a display case. The Cranberry Vase would make a lovely present, particularly as a wedding or anniversary gift?
