Our aim is to offer you the most straightforward, safe and enjoyable shopping experience possible. With this in mind please take the time to review and understand the following Terms and Conditions before using the site. Use of the site is deemed to show acceptance of the Terms and Conditions relating to the site.

We prefer email correspondence initially, but we can usually arrange to telephone you at a convenient time to discuss the matter further, please indicate your preferred date / time in the email (can sometimes include evenings / weekends).


We are a UK based company and all goods are priced in £GBP Sterling.


Payment can be made by –

  • Credit or Debit card via our secure encrypted payment gateway.
  • Sterling cheque drawn on a UK Bank (may need to clear prior to the despatch of the order).
  • UK Postal Order.
  • Overseas customers should pay via Credit Card via our secure encrypted payment gateway.


Our aim is to provide accurate and detailed descriptions coupled with photographic images. All images are a general representation of the item and any sizes and weights given are an approximation. Slight variations may occur in the actual goods.

Antique items – By their very nature the antique items (including vintage, collectable and retro) for sale on this website are second hand items and as such may show signs of age and normal wear from use. Each item will be described in detail and an overall condition report will be given. For your peace of mind we have over 20 years experience with the handling of antiques and collectables.

Post and Packing Details

Stock Availability – endeavours to keep all items in stock and will generally despatch items by the next working day at the latest to ensure as speedier delivery as possible. However, occasionally an item may be temporarily out of stock, at which point we would contact you to advise of an updated expected delivery date and give you the option to cancel the order.

Order Cut Off Times -Our aim is to despatch all orders received by midday on the same day. All remaining orders, subject to stock availability, will definitely be despatched by the next working day.

UK Postage - Royal Mail have changed the way items are sent meaning the vast majority of items will be sent via the PACKET service. The majority of items are posted via the 1st or 2nd class Packet service or Standard Parcels for heavier orders, although it may also include a 'signed for' postal service at our discretion. All orders under £35.00 are charged a flat rate delivery charge of £1.99 per order (not per item). Any order with a total value £35.00 or above is delivered using a standard delivery service free of charge. For all orders average delivery time will be between 1 and 3 days, though heavier orders may take up to 6 days. Please note, all greeting cards automatically have free standard UK delivery. For this reason they will not contribute to the £35 order total required to qualify for free delivery when purchasing other products. Should you have a tight deadline and need a guaranteed delivery date you have the option to upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery for an additional charge. Delivery time will be between 1 and 3 days (dependant on postage day as Royal Mail do not guarantee Saturday delivery).

European Postage – All items will be sent via either standard Royal Mail Airmail or via the Royal Mail International Signed For Service (which requires a signature on delivery). Delivery costs vary depending on weight, an estimation can be obtained from the link in the Shopping Cart. Delivery is normally within 5 to 10 days.

USA and Rest of World - All items will be sent via either standard Royal Mail Airmail or via the Royal Mail International Signed For Service (which requires a signature on delivery). Delivery costs vary depending on weight, an estimation can be obtained from the link in the Shopping Cart. Delivery is normally within 7 to 10 days.

Returns Policy

Our returns / cancellation policies are in addition to any statutory rights that you have, and as such do not affect your statutory rights in any way.

Cancellations – if your order has not been despatched you can cancel the order with immediate effect and full refund at no penalty or cost to yourself.

Faulty goods – Due to our pre-despatch inspection policy it is highly unlikely that you will receive faulty goods. However, if you do received damaged goods please contact us for further advice within 7 days. Essentially we will offer a full product replacement, posted at our cost, and will refund the return postage on the faulty item. Alternatively a refund can be given. Products should be returned to us in the original packaging and be in their original form. Refunds will be made via your original payment method.

Unwanted goods – If you decide you do not want the goods once they have been delivered you have up to 21 days to return them for a full refund. If you wish to return the goods please contact us via email for further instruction. The goods must be returned to us adequately packed (usually in the original packaging) and be in their original form (i.e. resalable condition). The customer will be liable for the return postage costs, and for your protection it is recommended that a ‘signed for’ service be used (at the very least get a receipt and proof of postage from the Post Office). The 21-day period will commence from the date of the invoice. Once the goods have been received back the refund will be made via your original payment method.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:

  • Your name
  • Address
  • Phone numbers
  • Email address

We do not store your credit card details and we will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information that we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

English Law – English Law governs the various Terms and Conditions described above and any disputes relating to the above are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
